Damages & Issues

We take great care in ensuring that your products arrive safely. However, if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect the items within 24 hours of delivery and notify us at attarkannauj1@gmail.com so we can address and resolve the issue.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. Returned items must be in their original condition.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Standard Orders: Cancellations are only allowed before dispatch.

  • Domestic orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of order confirmation.

  • International orders are dispatched within 5-7 days.

• Express Orders: Dispatched within 1-2 days of order confirmation; cancellations are not possible once processed.
  
  Customized Orders: Cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
