Domestic Orders – Within India

• Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days from the date of order, depending on the destination.
   

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently not available.
   

Please note that delivery timelines may be extended due to public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

International Orders – Outside India
 

• Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery usually takes 10-12 days post-dispatch, though this may vary based on your location.
   

• External factors like public holidays, customs delays, and natural events may affect delivery times.
   

• All shipments will be invoiced as “Merchandise” with the shipment value equivalent to the amount paid. We cannot declare orders as gifts or understate the value.
   

Customs & Duties:
 

• Any customs duties, VAT, GST, or additional taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
   

• We have no control over these costs and cannot estimate them.
   

• To avoid delays, international customers are advised to include their phone number with the shipping address.
